Who We Serve

The School of SOL is a safe, respectful and welcoming space for women who feel a quiet pull toward truth — emotional truth, psychological truth, soul truth. Women who sense that there is more of them to meet, more of them to reclaim, more of them waiting beneath the patterns they’ve carried for years.


The School is home for those who:

  • Have done “the work” but still feel something unresolved beneath it 
  • Who understand their patterns intellectually, yet still feel the emotional echoes of childhood shaping their adult life.
  • Who carry a sensitive, intuitive or empathic nature 
  • Who feel deeply, see deeply and often hold more than they realise — sometimes too much.
  • Have lived from responsibility, strength or survival for a long time 
  • Who became the caretaker, the strong one, the one who coped — and now want to understand who they are beneath all that.
  • Feel caught in loops of emotion, thought or behaviour, not because they’re broken, but because their subconscious loyalties and early imprints are still running the show.
  • Are standing at a threshold  - a transition, an unraveling, a calling, a quiet inner shift — something that says “I can’t go back to who I was.”
  • Want to understand themselves more deeply  - emotionally, psychologically, energetically — not in fragments, but as a whole.
  • Are ready to meet their Inner Child with compassion  - not to fix them, but to finally listen.
  • Are ready to rise into their Solar Self  - the coherent, grounded, self-led version of themselves that has been waiting beneath the noise.
