School of SOL Guidance Readings bring you the loving and super supportive guidance and direction you need to hear, from your Higher Soul Self, your Team in Spirit and ours. They are intended to bring clarity where you may feel confusion, Light where you may be experiencing shadow, Love where you may be feeling lack, direction when you may be lost and connection if you're feeling a disconnect in any way. They can help you heal from past wounds, realise your potential, uncover previously veiled pathways, gifts and talents, lift your vibration towards that of your Soul Self and help you to navigate directions and choices that are right for your higher purpose here in this Earth Walk.
Guidance Readings are conducted using the School of SOL Conscious Channelling methods, may use Oracle Cards to direct the reading and almost always bring Energy Healing and Cleansing too. Readings can be conducted with your presence or remotely. Both methods bring the guidance you need to hear. In person readings can take place during a 1-2-1 appointment or remotely via video link or phone call. Remote Readings are conducted during a dedicated channelling session and are delivered to you either by recorded voice message or written transcript via email or social media messenger service.
Distance Energy Healing Sessions
Receive Energy Healing Treatments remotely in the comfort of your own surroundings.
I channel personally tried and tested Angelic, Archangelic, Galactic and Universal Life Force Energies and Cosmic Rays, sent to you distantly to be received in the comfort of your own home, healing environment or special space, at a time that suits you most. During healing sessions I am often guided to use colour, crystals & oracle cards too. I often receive additional guidance and messages for you, that I share with you afterwards by email.
Distant healing within a planned session usually lasts between 20 and 40 minutes, but the flow of energy quite often continues for several days following. The healing energies I channel are not limited by time or space, they are ever present, wherever you, or I may be on our gorgeous planet. It is important to increase your water intake following your healing session to help with the cleansing and clearing taking place. In person sessions usually take 30-60 minutes.
Our sessions also bring tools, techniques and ideas that you can take forward and continue using long after our session is complete. You may choose to continue to work with me through a series of consultations which can be arranged at regular intervals until you feel our work together is complete.

The Energetic & Celestial Connections and Distance Attunements presented here at the School of SOL can assist with: developing strong and enduring connections to Archangelic Beings, Ascended Masters and other Extra-Celestials who are assisting with the Ascension process; understanding & clearing past trauma, limitation and lower density energy trapped within your Personal Energy Sphere; lifting your Energy Frequency to that of your Highest Soul Capacity. Many assist in the unveiling of and (re)connection to skills, knowledge and wisdom your Soul is gathering and gaining Mastery in, within other lifetimes in what we know as our past, including incarnations in Lemuria, Atlantis and Egypt as well as on other terrestrial and non-terrestrial environments.
All are overseen by your own Higher Self, your Team in Spirit of the Highest Light and Frequency and School of SOL Mentors, who will be with you all the way! I have personally received and/or channelled these energetic connections/attunements and will be on hand to answer any questions you may have or discuss your experiences with you. This has been done before, but this time, as our host planet also makes the shift, we will not ascend out of our human form, but rather, integrate our 5D Light Body's with our 3D carbon body.
